 This spicy red displays aromas of Sichuan peppercorn, blood orange peel and mentholated tobacco on the nose, with a solid core of black cherry and red plum.  

Pinot Grigio has a nicely structured progression with fresh sensations reflecting the nose: cantaloupe, papaya, golden delicious apples, apricots, and sage. Citrussy notes return in the lingering, tangy finish. 

Sauvignon Blanc

 A fresh, juicy wine with vibrant acidity and plenty of weight and length on the palate. Ripe, tropical fruit flavor with passion fruit, melon, and grapefruit.
